These terms form an agreement between you and ALTURION LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland under number 823261, with registered office at 49 North Main Street, Townparks, Wexford, Y35 YT44, Ireland (“we”, “us”, “Irish Club”).

By creating an account or using the Irish Club app or website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old. The club includes venues that serve alcohol and experiences involving Irish whiskey, so membership is for adults only. We may ask you to confirm your date of birth, and we may suspend or close an account where we have reason to believe the member is under 18.

Your account is personal. It is yours alone, you may not share it, sell it or transfer it, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Standard membership is free. A paid Premium membership is planned; when it becomes available, its price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you commit to anything, and you will have the cancellation rights the law gives you.

You can close your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Closing your account ends your membership and cancels any COIN balance, benefits or entitlements attached to it.

COINs are not money. They are a digital loyalty balance that exists only inside Irish Club. They are not electronic money, not a currency, not a payment instrument and not a financial product. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred to another member, sold or inherited, and they are not held on deposit anywhere. They have no value outside the Irish Club programme.

You earn COINs by taking part — checking in at partner venues, attending events, completing challenges and other activities we may offer. We decide how many COINs each activity earns, and we may change that at any time.

You can redeem COINs for the rewards shown in the app. Availability is limited and changes over time. A reward shown today may not be available tomorrow, and we cannot guarantee that any particular reward will remain available.

COINs expire 24 months after they are earned if your account has had no activity in that period. We will tell you before that happens. COINs are also cancelled if you close your account, or if we close it because you have broken these terms.

We may correct or remove COINs credited in error, or obtained by fraud, abuse or any attempt to manipulate the system — for example scanning a venue code without being there.

Partner venues are independent businesses. We do not own or operate them. Benefits and discounts are offered by the venue, subject to its own rules, opening hours and availability, and a venue may leave the network at any time.

Experiences, tours, courses and scholarships are delivered by our partners. Each has its own conditions, which will be shown when you apply or book. Selection for a scholarship or a limited experience is at the discretion of us and the partner providing it, and applying does not guarantee a place.

The Irish Club name, logo, app, website and everything in them belong to ALTURION LIMITED or to our partners. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Irish Club is a growing service. We may add, change or remove features, venues, rewards and experiences. We may also update these terms; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you may close your account.

We provide Irish Club with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or entirely free of faults.

We are not responsible for what happens at a partner venue, or for the quality of goods, services or experiences provided by a partner. Those are the responsibility of the business providing them, and your legal rights against that business are unaffected.

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
